The general business conditions and provisions and their performance.

We act as an agent between the clinics and the patients. Operations are carried out by the doctors or the clinics. Agreements are made between the patients and the clinics or the doctors. We cannot change or influence these agreements in any way, and are not responsible for the content of the agreements. Moreover, we negotiate travelling conditions, book flights and make hotel reservations. The travel, hotel reservations and flight bookings are provided by the tour operator.

We provide the following services, acting only as an agent: organizing transportation, flights booking, hotel reservation and making appointments with the clinics. We are not responsible for carrying out of the booked flights. An agent is not a tour operator. We can only occasionally make an agreement with the travel agency, or the air company, the hotel, the clinic and the transfer agency, if needed.

Rendering of all the above-mentioned agreements is not our responsibility.
